That Took A While! A lot is going on.

University Work & Chronic Leg Pain

With university and my leg injury not getting along I have requested additional time to do my work. It really hit home when the GP said I had Chronic Pain. I never really thought about it like that, but it was true.  For having little to no cartilage in my leg they currently prescribe the current medications: I am on Co-Codamol 30mg/500mg‎ (2 tables 4 times a day) and an old antidepressant that isn't used anymore for antidepressant (2 or 3 before bed). They are trying the antidepressant out to getting the pain nerves to stop being on. They say after being so battered of going on and off they have stuck into the on position. Went through a leg injection as well this past week where the team injected directly into my hip joint a steroid concoction  (included anti-inflammatory) which made it all the more sore. I was in tears over 5 times over the course of the following few days due to the pain and a few for being overwhelmed with pain and everything else. Not the most fun time at all.

According to the NHS Surrey Chronic Pain Management Link. I think I would be on the Step 3 of the Guidelines of Chronic pain. The below is a definition of Chronic Nonmalignant Pain from Edward C. Covington & Manu Mathews, Published: August 2010 clevelandclinicmeded.com(Link).












This is only being used as a guideline as there is a lot in this pdf and it doesn't seem to be specific to the type of pain I have but seems close enough. There doesn't seem to be a Step 4...



Well this isn't fun to research. :(

With my Games Development I would love to fully develop a game that is able to be played on the chromecast. A party racing game where people use their own smartphones and the main T.V. reports back on what is going on. Now this is not what I will be able to achieve on for the hand in but I may be able to build the bones for the presentation and showcase its potential.

2 more modules that had work needed to be done but nothing too exciting as of yet.

Hearthstone

Here is a run on the Arena, sorry for the no commentary.

At the same time The League of Explorers from Blizzard which I have been using the in game gold to play. The main adventure and class challenges are fun but no where near the challenge of the Heroic. Shame you don;t seem to get a reward from doing them, it is just for fun.

Rocket League

Been enjoying Rocket League, matches are short and fun. Haven't pulled any videos from it nor streamed bit I have some saved from the game. Hopefully they are below if I can retrieve them.
